well obviously my .20-.25 bottom prediction/guess was wrong but i still stand by trying to calculate final number of shares outstanding after all the c warrants are excersized/converted

per my calculation yesterday and today they were able to excersize/convert 215 K c warrants (considering 4.99% s/o limit) which was supposed to convert into around 1,5 millions common shares

now ,per my understanding of 25th trading day since amend. cert. of incorporation 25th trading (since December , 11) day would be Tuesday next week and all remaining warrants should convert based on yesterdays closing pps (.24) which would make final number of shares outstanding after all c warrants conversion around 37-38 millions

now if im wrong and 25th trading day is Wednesday next week then todays closing pps would determine final # of shares after all warrants are excersized and if for example todays closing pps is .19 then final number of s/o (after all c conversions)would be around 46 millions shares outstanding

if anyone thinks im wrong in my calculation he/she would be more than welcome to correct me

again this is only my view and my opinion and nobody should ever buy or sell based on my opinion , everybody should make their investing decisions based on their own dd
