From a chart standpoint, this is the exact pattern of the last breakout. The last breakout went like this:

-Bounced between .0001/.0002 for several weeks
-Had an unusual high volume day after three days of zero volume which caused it to spike to .0003
-For four days, it bounced between .0002/.0003 with little to zero volume
-On the fifth day, it began its breakout which peaked at .001

Look familiar....
