Just what is the relationship between the evil T5 brothers and the secretive Empower group- and are they both in league with Tullow?

EMpower Capitol's listed address in Beijing (from their website) Is the same suite as the "representative office" for Libra Group and a couple of their subsidiaries.

However Libra doe NOT list EMpower as a subsidiary. Methinks it is a mail drop or a buddy allowing use of the address...
Libra seems to have no interests in conventional energy investment.

As far as tullow and T5, I have yet to find anything other than T5 making snarky jabs at Tullow. Doesn't sound like proud former employees who left on great terms. IMHO.
