I find it interesting that I had a buy at 1.36 for 1000 shares placed late last night, but it didn't even execute until 1.28. Why in the world would someone not sell me shares for my higher ask price unless this entire thing isn't manipulated?

Thanks for the cheaper shares but honestly this makes no sense.
