You seem knowledgeable in this sector so maybe you could elaborate on the last sentence of your previous post. If Shea receives full funding for the project, why couldn't be get the mine into production in a reasonable amount of time? A lot of the preliminary work already seems to have been taken care of regarding the feasibility and profitability of mining. They figured since the mine is not deep underground and they have easy access to power and other amenities, a good profit is achievable (Shea stated that he expects 5 million profit). Also, they have gathered historical reports and estimated a sizable reserve (of course nothing is confirmed until they run a technical report.) I'm not saying the mine is going to be in production the day after funding is secured but I don't see why they cannot start production within the next 1-2 years.
