I have to say I completely disagree with Leo continuing to refer to the lawsuit in PR releases. Sometimes I think our management doesn't watch others in the industry. Take bluebird, for example, it's stock is down 75%. CLDX is down a similar amount.

In my view, the lawsuit is getting way too much publicity, and much of that publicity is coming from managements PR releases.
