Perhaps you are missing my point entirely. Let's talk about where we are present day, here and now.

Sandridge Energy stock was trading at a base of $0.20 per share prior to getting delisted from the NYSE on to the pinks.

Once delisted, the shares traded all the way down to $0.02 a share, prior to having a short cover, and/or oversold bounce on technicals.

Here we are at $0.06 a share and there does not appear to be any type of institutional bid under the stock.

Keeping things in proper perspective, why do you think that is?

The price of crude oil then, was higher than it is now.
