Thank you for your e-mail today. An 8K filing is not automatically
required in response to any press release.

We have had several people ask this question recently and they seem to
be under a false impression that our most recent press announcement
mandated an 8K within a certain number of days. This impression is
incorrect. However, as a fully reporting company Double Crown Resources
does and will continue to make all filings required by the SEC,
including 8K filings, when they are appropriate as advised by our
corporate counsel.
