i dont think anyone will object to any price, whichever product works best and is not overpriced will be chosen. I dont think a bus company will chose a product simply because its cheaper. Personally If i was head of a bus company I kno beeps and alarms have almost no effect on our sensory systems if anything we find them annoying and will find ways to get around them hence the almighty snooze button, or unplugging your clock, how many of you bother to look out your window when you hear a police car alarm going off. I would be concerned about bus drivers treating the system this way also and finding ways around it.

A voice is definitely a plus, and it will actually mean something to the kids, not just another beep the bus driver has to attend too.

All of this Strictly from my own point of view though.
