Unfortunately top seed, nobody missed the announcement, they just don't care and they don't believe any of it anyway.

We need to hire some stock promoters like the guys that NXTD hired. A totally worthless company with no sales and probably no prospects of ever selling anything yet their stock is trading at $.48. We on the other hand supposedly have $5 million in sales and we can't get $.15 for our stock.

Where is the disconnect?

I would vote to hire somebody to do a pump and dump before I would vote to approve another reverse split.
