The fact their going to an appeal is horrible. Anytime an appeal is being pursued, 9 - 10 time your screwed. Especially when money is involved. BLTA had their chance for 20 + years. The FAA has already written them off mentally, 20+ and still can't get it together? History repeats itself... BLTA never learn.
