If I recall, national unemployment was relatively low in late 2007 and early 2008 during the financial crisis recession. I see oil stabilizing this year , than eventually the crash to the teens per barrel- 17 a barrel is a lock. I don't think the Texas economy is diversified enough to withstand. I say 7-8 % is probably a safe bet.
