China isnt building islands to hoard oil. They are absolutely adding to strategic reserves. They are prepping for something and taking advantage of what they believe are "low" prices. We have the highest deficit of any country in the world, and we owe most of that to China. Yes, our government is obviously trying to drive oil down, the Iran deal does nothing for our country, and is the proverbial nail in the coffin for our energy independence. We are in a very strange place with our politicians doing things that are bad for our interests.
