Don't worry fuagf... I still think that the majority of Americans are still good, level headed folks. The idiots are just the loudest, and the media seems to feed on this ignorance... especially Fox and some other online sites.
I rely on the advice of folks like my father... who landed somewhere in Australia in 1942 as a 19 year old US Army Air Corps scared shitless kid... and told me stories of the "Aussies" who assisted and trained the raw US troops... and continued to fight along side our kids throughout the war. All the way to other relatives who always, ALWAYS told me these same "Aussies" were their most trusted Allies and friends in Korea and Viet Nam...even though their equipment and gear weren't as new and nice as ours. The US probably owes you folks more than we can ever re-pay... yet you ask for nothing. Commendable!
