Exactly Cheche, FROM ASTI not the market. Issued shares, just like the bigs were issued shares for bonuses. ASTI didn't buy them from the market then give them to the Board. And Redwood isn't buying them from the float and giving money to ASTI. ASTI is issueing them from the Authorized Shares increasing the Outstanding Shares. That is why the S-1 is filed. To show that transaction. That is the whole loan deal. ASTI needs money. ASTI issues shares to Redwood from what is Authorize. Redwood pays ASTI for shares (at a very low price), ASTI pumps then Redwood dumps (at a higher price) increasing the float and everyone makes money. Well except for us because now the pump has worn off and the share price has adjusted to the float size, unless we sell when Redwood does into the pump.
