So tell us again how criminal enterprise AVTCQ was going to nail Brochstein in its libel lawsuit against him?

The more and more I look at this the more I believe Brochstein could be in over his head here. If they move forward and commence discovery, this will get ugly. We have all seen the type of things he has done in this sector and I am not so sure that this litigation has been a long time coming.
