But the MMs are not filling them. ASTI is/did directly on paper. They already captured their price agreement and contracted it. Now if the price goes down further before money is exchanged between the two companies, then yes it can be re-evaluated lower. But still, the deal is done. O.S. was increased with that S-1. It is only when they start selling the shares they received that it becomes dilution into the float.
