I wish I could find the exact reference, but it's out there and being used. Maybe a slide presentation from Tuan. I saw a picture of an ARCAM production with dozens of different parts, all within the same cubic powder brick that came out of the vacuum chamber from the production run. After powder reclamation, the producer than had dozens of individual objects. I've seen another photo showing something similar with titanium occipital bone caps - after one run the producer had dozens of the caps.

Powder producers believe they can decrease the cost of powder by 75% in one years time. That plus a slight improvement in EBM throughput would allow significant decreases in costs in just one year.
