Good PR???!! Seriously???!!! Are you kidding me? Any PR that doesn't result into stock rally and sustain the higher price is a BS PR. Well not really surprising from WM, they are nothing but famous for all sorts of BS PR so I'm not surprised to see one more BS PR from them.
