First of all, this is IMO...

Could erhc be sold in its entirety while under investigation?

Yes. There are outstanding legal issues with nearly all companies, all the time. If outstanding legal issues prevented a sale nobody would ever get acquired.

If erhc were incorporated into another company what would happen to the investigation?.

The investigation would continue to its conclusion. Any personal penalties would be levied against the former entities management and the corporate penalties would likely be dropped.

Could erhc move to another stock exchange while under investigation.

Absolutely, although the exchange would need to know in detail the nature of the investigation. It would probably be best to wait until the investigation is concluded.

ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.

Nuf said.
