Thats exactly correct

it's not the fact Mr.Miller stated no RS in the near future, it's how he explained the reason behind it.

He said what all shareholders know, a restructure such as an RS is not going to magically raise the PPS, nor give the company any fake valuation. My words of course, but he said more or less the same thing.

Good. Do something then. Lets see what that pile of filings has in it.
