Besides VTCQ USA Doesn't See A Single Penny from it's international partners due to a likely horrible 3-5 year contract. So, even if the instagram has one iota of truth to it - VTCQ USA shareholders don't benefit at all.

Facebook Is Ummmmm Known For Lying

It's too bad instragram and facebook is such a poor source of real news.

If it were official PR from VTCQ USA to, let's say MarketWired There would be a reason to thinks something real was happening.
