As the Chief Executive Officer of Praxsyn, Edward Kurtz has been a modernist vanguard in his approach to business management and investment stewardship. His strategic leadership and efficiency driven attitude can account for his continued success.

Edward has been a business executive for over 25 years working as a General Manager and then a CEO of two successful companies in Orange County, California. After selling his businesses, a group of investors presented Edward with the opportunity to build a chain of brick and mortar pharmacies. Over the next two years, as Chief Operating Officer, he created and executed a plan that acquired two existing pharmacies while building three new stores. In all, five retail pharmacies were under his control and management under the name of Mesa Pharmacy, which was part of the acquisition by the Corporation PDC, Inc., a Nevada Corporation as disclosed in our Current Report on Form 8-K as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 3, 2014.

He currently oversees Praxsyn’s nearly $67 million in annual revenue and a staff with over 100 employees who work to create solutions for the various markets they serve. He works to cultivate an innovated and collaborative team environment where his staff feels included.

Among his many responsibilities, none are as demanding or rewarding as managing his household of five children alongside his wife, Robin, of 30+ years. Edward and his family are also active in their local church and regularly contribute to community outreach programs.
