Yes, this is my 1st post here. I try to refrain myself from investing in penny stocks, especially sub-penny. I called the number that is listed on their website. However, later found out that the number from the letter to the shareholders, tried calling that number, which was directed to a generic voicemail. Don't get me wrong, I love the story here, having said that, the letter is very enticing. This company and the board have failed to update their filings, their website hasn't even been updated, their most recent press release, goes back to 2011. I am not shady, I am just trying to find out what is the hold up in their filings, do they not care about the shareholders.
