Welcoming the signing of the Global FranTech contract, Dr. Albert Reynolds, Chairman of Life Energy & Technology Holdings Inc., (Prime Minister of the Republic of Ireland 1992-95), said: "I am pleased to be able to announce the consummation of this agreement.
