I said I thought it would be today or this week and I still think we will hear something this week, I never said "it absolutely will be", as I don't know, nor do you, but they need a PR before the split, to boost the PPS and immediately following, unless they plan on flaming out, which I don't think ABHI does. I did not expect a PR after Dec 15th, due to the holday, I was hoping for one the first week of the year, as they need to RS very soon or file a corrected Q. IMO.
