It is all about redwood making an investment by buying up shares cheap. But if the PPS goes alot lower, then the shares that they bought are worth less than their buying price unless these shares they are buying isnt at the PPS we see, and has a par value alot lower when they sell. If that is the guess, then we are royally screwed.

example if they have a par of .0001, any sell above that and they make $$

that is very toxic financing.

But if their price is where they bought it, then consider that a good thing
