New Information on the TA..
Thanks for the number SmallFish.
a) There are two ladies that work in that office and it's
located in Salt Lake City. One is named Amy and one is Named Pam. If you call right now, you'll get Pam as Amy has just left for the day. I spoke to Amy who also spoke to Pam to verify my question(s). Amy was very nice and polite and helpfull, did not cut me short at all.
b) The term Gagged or UnGagged means nothing to them.
c) When answering questions they simply look into their
computer and see's the instructions. In this case it say's
have investor call company. Someone else reported that yesterday too.
I think in our terms that means Gagged.
d) Amy said she does not know the Outstanding Share Count and would have to run some reports to figure it out, but since her screen says call the company, that's what one would have to do to get a number.
e) I asked Amy if any investors called yesterday, regarding PBLS and share count and she said she did not speak to anyone and would ask Pam, she did so and Pam said, No, No phone calls on that topic yesterday.
f) Summary.. Either there is another TA somewhere that someone spoke to, or we have a mix-up or.....
g) I think it feasible that the 1st person may have spoke to a TA and the stock in question may have been the wrong one and a mix-up, but for all the people that claims they called after and got the same information (1-2 on another board), I have to seriously question that.
h) What does this lead me to believe...
1) the TA is still Gaged.
2) That number posted yesterday is not the right one
and most likely the O/S is less (just my thinking).
