Aaaah - since you ask ...
There is a scripture that goes something like ...
"And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also."
As far as I'm concerned - since you ask - my opinion is this - the company was contaminated with a nasty stain from the previous CEO that put his filthy paws on what was left of a piece of work that had been thoroughly raped from those prior to even that joker. Even a former insider told me "it was a scam from the start". His very words. Not so much the intellectual property but the way it was managed. All the ones who profited at the expense of others know what they did - and they know what they did was wrong - they are just not the breed of animal that cares a rap of the gavel about taking advantage of others - it's how they live and I doubt they can change what they are. Therefore ... if the company were mine to give - I would say "here - you want it bad enough to be a cheat and a jerk - you can have this contaminated rag - take it."
So my "agenda" has come down to this - being a part of doing the right thing - and sad but true - not being a quitter until I see 1 court of law stand up for the victim - just "ONE"!! And then after that, I'm going after another one. I feel it's one of my callings. And my "agenda" is NOT my humble opinion - it's my agenda! I'm programmed this way. In sum - he can have my ragged "cloke" - I want justice ... that is all.
