My counter to that is there is no new money in this stock-longs aren't selling,we are "hoping" they have a plan to un ass themselves from their benefactor. If they actually embraced self promotion, got some new blood in here then I could argue some manipulation was occurring. It could be NDA's for sure, and to your other point these scumbag lending types are being watched very closely these days by the SEC relative to leaks and all that jazz. Since the good doctor is deaf on the whole PR thing, it could really be pissing of the tribe as they aren't getting their fat return and are squeezing anything they can while it lasts.
