I think Peter Rosten bought the shares of market maker VERT who controlled the market before November.

No one controls the market anymore. There is no liquidity, most shares are in strong hands.

The trading was completely different before this transaction happened.

VERT terrorized BMB*. It was impossible to buy because he moved up with 20k buys. If you made a bid, he was over your bid and if you wanted to sell, he lowered his ask.

In INKS, a shell without dilution, i think VERT was also hired.
It trades similar with VERT on both sides, and he never let it run.
