Weber will see jail time. If not for running a fraud shell company, it will be for tax fraud. Just like he got busted for in 2003. And his buddy Jared just got sentenced for this month.

Either way, Webers life is pretty much ruined. There is not much work out there for a out of work exposed penny stock scammer.
