What good news??? That financing was secured that will create more dilution in two years when the loan fails to be paid off...after Francine stated she would never again use dilutive financing again to fund the activities of BRWC.

I was excited about the finance deal in conjunction with the proposed UEA deal, and it COULD still turn into a positive proposition...however, based on the performance of the last few years; this is only going down.

Good news...only a couple of more ticks until it hits bottom; at least as far as retail traders are concerned. Reread the August letter to share holders...that's the company I invested, not a company that touts the news of a casino being built across the lake???
