OOAG former CEO, Barnett was found in violation of his prior
probation and sentenced to two years in jail.
That is not reversible. Further the violation
was threatening a shareholder in OOAG. The
SEC looks very dimly on CEO's threatening
shareholders and violating Court
restraining orders by the CEO continuing to
threaten shareholders.
