Having read the entire complaint. It looks pretty cut and dry. HDYN is going to force Tullow to drill this well. The case against Tullow looks pretty sound, and the evidence backing HDYN's claim looks solid.

It's a shame it has to come to this, but it won't matter as long as the drill turns.

I'd like to kick those pinheads at Tullow straight in the groin. Shady, unethical business practice. Next time chaps, don't sign the contract.
