It is important to note that some people like to see the facts analyzed. 9 times out of 10 a reverse merger will involve a RS. Discussing details that have a huge likelihood of occurring is not negative rhetoric. I read the filings for the first time all the way through and thought some of those things were interesting.

Of course a RS is my opinion...but unless you work for the company that's all there is here from anyone.

I still have my original investment. But if I see something I think is important or worthy of discussion I will share it.

To me that's more valuable than if I posted things like...

$$$$$$$$TALK WILL SKY ROCKET$$$$$...WE WILL BE MILLIONNAIRES....DOLLARS COMING...

Those are your day traders btw. I am not a day trader. Held onto a stock for 4 years and lost thousands so far. I still own that stock as well.

This is a great investment. Like I said earlier...the real investment begins when the merger is complete...aka...the filings are filed. I don't believe this will disappoint.
