It's because I see the need for the company to make itself known, I stopped thinking of this company as a pump and dump. That and the fact insiders are buying. Debating outstanding shares without context is not helpful. Shares issue while insiders buy tells me the quality of the shares has gone up. If not why would insiders BUY?
So look at the Quality of the company, it's products and how it's advancing the business. Hows that look? new products, more staff, that's good stuff. I like good stuff.
