This move is clearly unwarranted. Preposterous move is not due to Banro news. Someone trying to shake and load this cheaply AND/OR some large funds could be freeing up capital to catch the oil-knife to increase their cash to fund their margin bets on oil which they are losing their shirts on.

Still believe a buyer will step in here realizing value.
