Read financial statement 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K etc. Read the Press releases, knowing they are usually fantasy "projections", always about what they "plan", "hope", "intend" to do .... blah, blah.

In Jan 2015, When MDCN disclosed it gave $57 Million to consultants and management, that was a HUGE RED FLAG that it was an insider enrichment scam. But most people ignored that and bought anyway.
