Looking good! Definitely a keeper from these levels. Easy sailing for a long haul.

Someone pointed out that the recent financiers were on-site during the rainpocalypse and they were not deterred. I am sensing a buyout at some point within the year but we'll see.

Funny how all of our very reasonable concerns seem to be melting away and that's leaving us with a nice golden opportunity.
