you don't understand how a recorders office or a secretary of state office works... it is date driven and anything submitted via mail is entered that day... the S.O.S. claims their are no pending documents filed... call for yourself and ask is if it possible if they have received the document and hasn't been recorded... the answer was NO... my last post of the day... I'm going to hold this stock because I am inclined to believe this is a misunderstanding... good-bye for now and glta...
