Great catch, My2Mustangs. IHSI is in "DEFAULT" status in Nevada, their state of Incorporation.

Seems their Registered Agent RESIGNED! (I think you mentioned this before, but I didn't realize the importance)
The Registered Agent is the corporation's legal representative for any legal actions directed toward it. I don't recall ever seeing a flat-out resignation before.
You'd think they'd put out a PR about this.
Oh, well.... typical scam practice... under the radar.
