Because people wanted a big deal with COO.....instead we got a smaller deal with COO and gained exclusive rights.....which means it's gonna take longer....but may be better..time will tell. It very well may mean a lot more money for EPGL. 3 million volume is nothing at these levels less than $ 100,000.
