People use "heroine" lol for the cost and the fact that it's readily available. Pharmaceutical products are preferred for their purity but are getting more costly, so "heroine" is the the only answer for some. Suboxone has become more available for those that want to get clean and is fast becoming a street drug for those that can't get pills or "heroine"
