It's been stated a few times about the break of 0014 or 15. This is a bottom play to some where you buy off the downtrend. Timing may be off and you assume risk but your sitting in a great position when it breaks out. So yeah the chart will look better when it closes over 0015. One could wait for that or another could wait for news. Others but into momentum. Chose what you like.
