Your right!!! Why can't we track it?? Maybe Baltia is smuggling Cuban cigars into the U.S. with it and flying only a few thousand feet up so they can't be tracked! I bet Juan Valdez is the pilot doing these illegal acts! His trusty mule couldn't make the swim across the ocean so he uses Baltia's plane! That's why they started this airline!

This is the kind of Bupkis that is floating around lately about Baltia!
