Contacted Pacific Stock transfer about the share structure and was told to contact EGYF. In other words, Pacific won't tell you the SS. Good to know nothing has changed

Interesting read on private placements. A 12 month wait before any one can sell restricted shares.

Will DD more closely. If they are offering placements like 5,000,000 shares at .002, then I know how this will play out.
