Even if there are contracts and even if those contracts generate revenue then that revenue goes to the LLC. There was a supposed merger/takeover/acquisition/whatever between the LLC and TDEY but, as been pointed out ad nauseam, no details were released so no one knows.
IIRC the notes to the Q3 financials indicate something about them representing combined results of TDEY and ORT LLC.
Why someone would consolidate revenues of a private company with a public one makes sense only to those who want to believe in fairy tales.
