Why SLRW has not been bounced yet? Because we have not seen huge bids support (over 50M shares) yet! Any OTC stock's bounce must go through the following three typical processes: No.1, the endless sales at the bids which was already done here in 2015; No.2, huge bids support show up to stop the potential further sales at the bid which is not here yet; No.3, no more big block of sales at the bid thus the investors have to buy at the asking price which is the key step to bounce!

Once we complete those three steps SLRW will explode to 0.015 again since only 79M shares FIXED Tiny float and the Book Value alone is $0.0132 per share! Not mention the huge Enterprise Value, huge Profit last year, and huge USA Patents IP assets etc.!
