In CA, it is commen practice to file a preliminary (lein) notice in contract matters. Each month, a partial lein release is given with receipt of progress payments.

Nitrogen injections for the tires are exempt, because no hot air involved.

Baltia is therefore in compliance with their suppliers.

This is not a material event, just the normal course of business, thus no 8-k required.

The FAA is not involved.

All above a non issue for Baltia nor it's stock holders.
